The prices are displayed and stated has included Malaysia Goods and Services Tax (GST). The prices are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit. Yeodini has the right to alter the price and the products prior to the order placed by you.
We charges shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the products.
Customers’ age who are 18 or above are only allowed to buy from this website. Resellers are not welcomed here.
Invitation of sales contract is concluded when you place an order through this website. The sales of contract only will be concluded when you received confirmation email from yeodini. You guarantee that the information given to us is precise and error free. We are not obliged to accept an order. Yeodini has the right to verify an order in advance or decline for an order without giving a reason. Within 10 days if you did not receive any confirmation order, your order has been refused.
Yeodini will deliver your products to you with local carrier provider. Delivery only can be done on business day which not include weekend or public holiday.
Yeodini reserves the right to deliver your products with split deliveries without charges. But Yeodini may charge you for extra delivery costs when you request for split deliveries. Each split order shall constitute a separate sales contract.
It will take up to 7 business days for a full delivery. Yeodini will not be liable to any compensation or liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.
Options in case of delivery problems
Yeodini may offer alternative products when the products can no longer be delivered prior to enter into or after entering into the sales contracts. You will be contacted and alternative products will be offered. Customers are not obliged to accept the replacement products and are entitled to have a full refund when this condition happened.
You can pay online with your credit card such as master card or visa card. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheque. We reserve the right to decline certain methods of payment, withdraw orders or terminate the sales contract.

Warranties and Liability
The warranty period is different based on the brand and type of the product. Bosch Power Tools are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from registered date of purchase (BOSCH Measuring Tools, GHP Range High Pressure Washers and HEAVY DUTY Range Power Tools entitled to 1 Year Warranty, except Bosch Hot Air Guns, Bosc Batteries and Bosch Chargers entitled to 6 months warranty. Warranty in the most products only cover amateur & coil (motor), battery, charger and switch. Warranty does not cover any tear and wear or manmade activity that cause faulty of the item.
Where conditions, warranties or guarantees implied by or otherwise arising under law cannot be lawfully excluded, then to the extent permitted by law, yeodini' liability for a breach of any such condition, warranty or guarantee is limited, at the absolute option of yeodini, to the replacement or repair of the products, the supply of equivalent products or the cost of replacing or repairing the products or of acquiring equivalent products. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, yeodini, and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage (including any loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of market, loss of goodwill or reputation, third party claims, incidental or special damages or indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind) to any person or entity, however caused (whether by negligence or otherwise), which may arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with these Delivery Terms, this website or any orders you place via this website.
Retention of title
Until the full payment is made, yeodini still hold the full ownership title of the products. Full payments here include the payment costs, delivery cost and other costs. You are not allowed to sell or dispose the products until the full title of ownership is passed to you.
